Hi there! I’m Nanette, a health + wellness coach, and holistic nutritionist.

My purpose is to put the choice of health back into the hands of the individual to live a happier, healthier and better quality of life!

Natural Nutrition Practitioner

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a passion for cooking, as it was something creative I did that naturally felt so relaxing to me. As I got older, I realized the importance of nutrition not only for healthy weight management, but also for overall wellbeing. Having an interest in natural health sciences I chose to marry my two passions and pursue a career as a Natural Nutritional Practitioner.  To better serve my clients, I hold a Health Coach Certificate from York University's Health Leadership & Learning Network.

Nutrition can be used as a way to strengthen, restore, and increase your overall wellbeing. Whole foods contain everything the body needs to stimulate the immune system, support the organs, improve the digestive system, balance hormones, improve sleep and energy, as well as improve mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. 

Through nutrition and wellness coaching, I take a holistic approach by considering your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and aspire to help you work through life’s challenges. Collaboratively we work together to understand the root cause of your concerns and create a healthy and sustainable plan to work with. Making small and simple changes to your diet can boost your immune system, as food is truly nature’s medicine!
